How to Apply for a GrantThe Greater White Bear Lake Community Foundation uses a Grants Management system that makes it easy for you to apply for a grant online. Please read the instructions below before beginning an application. All GWBLCF grant applications should be made onlilne. APPLY HERE (starting July 15th)
Step 1 | Attend an Informational Meeting
- Tuesday, August 6 (7:30 AM) White Bear Country Inn
- Wednesday, August 14 at 4:30 PM (Mahtomedi District Education Center, Room 107)
- Wednesday, September 4 at 4:30 PM (White Bear Country Inn)
- Friday, September 6 at 7:30 AM (Mahtomedi District Education Center, Room 107)

Step 2 | Create an Account
To start the application process, applicants must create an account in the Online Management system and then log on to that account to start the application. At the time of creating your account, you will need to enter a user name that should be your email address and a password. All pertinent information will be communicated directly to this email address.
For the best user experience when accessing our Online Manager, we suggest using one of the following browsers: Google Chrome 14 or higher, Firefox 9 or higher, or Safari 4 or higher. We recommend that you do not use Internet Explorer as you may encounter some technical issues.
Step 3 | Complete the Online Application
After you log on to your account, you should start your application. It can be saved as a draft, and when you log on again it’s easy to return to that draft, make edits, and when ready, submit the application.
Step 4 | GWBLCF will Review Your Application
Your application is reviewed by the Greater White Bear Lake Community Foundation. During this process, we may contact you if further information is needed.
Step 5 | Final Decisions
You will be notified by October 25-31 if you are selected as a grantee.
