The Greater White Bear Lake Community Foundation is accepting applications for a Leadership Tomorrow program.

The foundation will host information meetings on the program at 4 p.m. on Oct. 17 at Wildwood Library and 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 18 at the White Bear Country Inn.

The program — to begin in January — introduces participants to leadership development concepts as well as skill training and an introduction to various community organizations and issues. A pilot program was conducted earlier this year.

Applications are due Nov. 10.

Scholarship assistance is available to aid in the payment of a $500 tuition bill. Course costs are supplemented by a $15,000 grant from the F. R. Bigelow Foundation in St. Paul  and donations from the White Bear Area Chamber of Commerce and the White Bear Rotary Club.
